MOTÖRHEAD Mainman Joins METALLICA On Stage In Nashville - Sep. 15, 2009
MOTÖRHEAD mainman Ian "Lemmy" Kilmister joined METALLICA on stage last night (Monday, September 14) at the Sommet Center in Nashville, Tennessee to perform two MOTÖRHEAD classics — "Damage Case" and "Too Late Too Late".

METALLICA played a benefit concert this past Friday night (September 11) for the Marin History Museum's "Marin Rocks" project at the 2,000-seat Marin Veterans Memorial Auditorium in San Rafael, California. It was the first show in Marin by the heavy metal supergroup. According to the Marin Independent Journal, concert-goers paid from $100 to $350 a ticket to the sold-out show. MOONALICE, featuring Marin musicians Pete Sears and Barry Sless, opened the concert. All proceeds from the show will be donated to the Museum's new exhibition that will celebrate our music community with displays and educational programs.
